Worst experience in card registration for a pregnant women. Irritating staff behaviour.
That's a government hospital located in Ghusuri Howrah. Little bit crowded hospital. Staff's are bad and they have the behavioural issues, but all doctor's are good and friendly. Many type of blood tests and other test are available in there. Also outdoor check up available by good doctors and they know well how to deal with the issues.
Hospital campus are not clean. They don't have a sufficient beds for patients. but as a government hospital that's fully free.
In the last few years it has been improved in a good way, hopefully many things like infrastructure and facility's will upgrade in future..
T L Jaiswal Hospital, Ghusuri, Howrah is a really very good hospital for people who wants to treatment for them. It's close now during from 1st wave of covid 19 from that time its closed for people but when it was open there was a very good accomodation.
Like General Opd department, Eye care department, ENT department, Orthopaedic department and also there was done operations and also done there for new born etc.
Although i can say it's a Very good and now also a beautiful place for care.
Not patient-friendly
It is difficult to make the hospital persons understand what you want to say. I admitted here due to covid 19. Doctors don't spend 1 min to ask you whether you are good or not unless you have the sugar or pressure or any problem. The nurses present near the patient room but live in their own world. You can't make them understand what you want to say.
Cleaning is quite good. Washroom is ok type. Anyone can get drinking water easily. Food quality is ok type.
Needs a lot of improvement.
I had to give it a visit once for my school SUPW project.
The condition inside was miserable. Careless staffs, dirty place and haphazard management. The patients lie here and there.
3 patients are accommodated in place of one.
The emergency ward exists just for the name sake. Leave aside the emergency wards, doctors are never available in general.
The entrance is waterlogged up to the waist level in the rainy season.

An average maintained govt. hospital. Best for poor people's. Very affordable. Service is not upto the mark but people can affort.
the main problem is cleanliness.its a govt hospital.emergency service available.doctor and nurses available.saline and medicines mostly available.govt just painted the building from outside whereas the innerside is still in negligence.during monsoon ground floor goes under water.lift facility for patients.wards are clean but toilets are a nightmare.renovation work is in progress.let see what happens next.
