Awesome place to stay - calm and serene. The furniture is new, the beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean. Plus, the owner and staff are friendly and super helpful. Also, if you want local delicacies, you can inform the owner and he can arrange it for you. The dining area is super clean and there's a lot of good wood work all around the hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights and had a great time.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the service was par excellence. The staff worked tirelessly to make our stay comfortable, most importantly, with a smile on their faces. The owners guided us on our trips and recommended important places for us to visit. A beautiful garden added to the overall ambience. The place is centrally situated and local taxis can be booked from a Travel Agency, right opposite the Home-stay. I'd highly recommend this place if you're visiting Gangtok and can assure you, you'd come back with some beautiful memories!

Bad experience, they charge extra for fan even. Have TV in room but channel recharge was expired. We stay for 3 nights there and complained more then 10 times for TV channel recharge. But they don't recharge the TV chhanels. Hotel staff responce was bogus.

Good Hotel, distant from city crowd, so taxi required for going to market, outside view from rooms is superb, Manager' behaviour is also good and helpful but my checkout experience is not so good..no staff is present to attend in early morning around 6am although I 've pre informed.. breakfast and dinner is ok type..

Very great stay at this price. Staff and owner are very cooperative and helpful. Best hospitality. They infact arranged my near by sight seeing at last moment at best price on request

Experience in this property is very bad, insects in rooms. 1. Owner doesnt know how to greet customers, meet me eating gutka when i arrive. 2. He dont know what actually buffet is. ( If you asked for buffet breakfast or dinner you dont have any option for meal and it doesnt include curd and sweet dish...lol) 3. If you ask any thing for, he will directly say this we have and if you need anything than ask your travel agent. These words used by the current hotel owner which is from BIHAR. I think if this hotel run by the local gangtok resident than it would be better as the local people know how to give respect.
