We went for a 10 day trip to Sikkim through "Ease Tours & Treks" and it could not have been any better. They made sure it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips for us. We went with our family (consisting of my mom of 60 years and kids as young as 7 years) and they made sure we are comfortable through the whole trip. They are not only professional, but genuinely caring for their clients - We happened to be stranded in Lachung because of a bridge collapse during heavy rainfall, completely cutoff with absolutely no mobile or internet connectivity, or transportation to Gangtok. In a situation like this, they were extremely concerned for us, provided us an alternate transport without any wait time (when hundreds of passengers were waiting on road with no spare vehicle available ) . They even provided us with food in such extreme situations - which speaks of their concern and care for their clients. Their drivers are very professional, punctual, and cars very neat. All through this beautiful 10 day journey, Mr. Vikas had been in constant touch and made sure we felt at home. We were a mother-daughter duo visiting Sikkim in April on our custom itinerary. For cab booking we reached out to ease tour and treks. Mr. Bikash responded promptly with a detailed itinerary covering all places we intended to visit. The entire process including booking, communication was smooth. Permits were taken care of by them and the cab provided was clean and in good shape. The driver was a young, energetic and easy going fellow. He was polite and punctual. Ease tours and treks did a great job in managing my transportations during my 8 day trip to Sikkim-Darjeeling in April 2023. All the vehicles were in good condition and expert capable drivers were arranged. A young driver Mr Abhishek did make our trip in gangtok-pelling interesting, whatever he didn't know abt the history of the places, he compensated with his singing ,. Our passes for Nathula visit were also arranged by them. Special mention about their manager, Ram, who helped me in finalising my tour itinerary. I am happy i made the right choice in picking them. We recently took trip with Ease tours and treks for 7 days in May 2023 (May 11-17). Bikash Ji came to hotel and welcomed us inspite of his busy schedule...We were assigned with Naresh Bhaiya and Kiran Bhaiya. Both are energetic with excellent driving skills in the hilly areas, very knowledgeable on the routes, traffic jams and local places. In addition, Kiran Bhaiya is an excellent photographer who took Exceptional pictures!! The Innova was kept clean throughout the trip. While we returned, we were completely contented in taking services with Bikash Ji. We would definitely visit back Incredible Sikkim to explore the untouched areas in South and West Sikkim. We strongly recommend Ease Tours for exploring Sikkim.

Ease Tours and Treks was a fantastic way to plan and implement our 12-day trip to Gangtok area, North, West and South Sikkim. The owner (Bikash) was very helpful, he understood what we wanted to do and consequently tailored an itinerary for us. In addition, he suggested things off the main tourists spots, like staying in Martam village, that actually turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. He's very knowledgeable about treks, hotels and food, so make sure to listen to his suggestions. For foreigners like me, North Sikkim can be a tricky place to visit because you need permits to visit sites, local drivers and guides for the border areas. However, Ease Tours and Treks understood I wanted to visit these parts and made all the bureaucracy a no brain for me thanks to the expertise of their staff. A driver (John) accompanied us during the trip. He was friendly, fun and, more importantly, a safe driver. Despite the tricky roads and long journeys, John always made us feel safe!
