Top View Restaurant - Indian restaurant in Dona Paula, Panaji - North Goa, India

A great affordable restaurant option in Donapaul. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The restaurant has two floors and we sat on the top floor as the bottom was fully occupied. We ordered Mix Bhaji Pao, samosa, and Special tea. Everything was delicious. The Special Tea was strong and reminded me of Navtara cups with Bhonsle Tea . Overall, a great experience

It's on the way to donapola nagali hill main road. It's below average restaurant, service is also very low and almost are below average restaurant, Food tests are also very low,not at all. Prices are also not up to mark..

Had ross omelette. It was great. Just love their veg Samosas.

Decent Food. Chicken Thali was available at 10:30 am.

Top View Restaurant is situated just opposite to Manipal Restaurant, which is easy to find. They serve Breakfast and even lunch and dinner. There food has unique homemade taste in their each and every dishes. They serve there food with very affordable price. They serve both veg thali and fish thali with the unique goan homemade taste.

Amazing food, fish is the best here. Fish thali and veg thali both are very tasty. Very pocket friendly. Love to be here with friends . Staff is very very sweet and helpful. Always on their tip of the toes. It's just opposite to Manipal hospital, Dona Paula. Very easy to find.

A small restaurant that caters to the local crowd and workers. Typically serves fish curry rice for lunch while you also have the option to grab pav bhaji. The restaurant is more frequented in the evenings probably because of the hot samosa and bhajji that's served with hot tea/coffee.
