Titan World - Watch store in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Terrible service! No problem with Titan products, but the product quality was the only reason we ended up buying from this store. The salesperson seemed disinterested the whole time; watching cricket match seemed more important to him than even packing up the already paid for watch... Utter and complete disregard for customer's valuable time. Had to go back to get the watch calibrated( first time in over 10 times of buying watches for self/others). First time had such a horrible experience buying a watch, or in fact any retail product... A massively contrasting experience after a wonderful retail experience at Levi's store in the same mall! Won't recommend this particular Titan store to anyone!

This Showroom has very nice collection of watches compared to other World of Titan in the area. Mr. Dinesh who was the sales exec guiding through our purchase, was very patient, understood our taste quickly and helped us pick great watches. Overall a great instore purchase experience.

The staff was really rude...she kept on telling us the price without even showing the wrist watch...will never visit. .at one point I asked her to show a coach watch and she didn't even opened the counter....

Really good shopping experience. The Customer Relationship officer Mr. Vijey personally helped us find the right fit based on our needs. Really appreciate his supper during my buying experience.

Mr Sachin was patient in finding watch as per my requirement and explaining policies. It was a good customer service. Looking forward to more variety in women's watches by Titan.
