I've been attending the classes online for nearly 5 months now. I was been introduced to Shikha (Guru) by one of my freind since then It has been an amazing journey. I have been able to be more relaxed and composed after joining the Yoga Shrine. After joining yoga I feel my body has become more flexible. I never skip class for any reason other than falling ill or being held up at work. I've finally found an exercise regime that is not monotonous and has increased my endurance - which has always been a goal of mine. Thanks to Shikha, who makes us so comfortable and her patience pays off on us, thats what we expect from a master. She is so freindly that I always feel great and happy to do practices. 5/5 for Yoga Shrine. If you are planning for Yoga, its a great place to be in.
