My yoga journey with Megha mam started six months back and there is no looking back ever since. So glad to have come across her as my first yoga guru. The zeal with which she mentors / teaches is simply unimaginable. Can't remember a day she has taken an off. Really love practicing with her. Anyone who has been thinking about joining yoga for a long time just like me, please make that first move, and the rest she will take care of!
I am doing yoga with Megha since 9 months and it has been an amazing journey so far. Apart from providing physical fitness and flexibility it provides mental relaxation and peace to carry out daily activities. The best decision I have taken in life for my health is by joining Megha Mam's class. Since the day I've joined her classes I get up in morning happily thinking that I'm going to start my day wonderfully with a positive note. She takes care of each and every student posture and health issues and go out of the way to help them. That one hour just passes away so quickly that everytime I say " YE DIL MAANGE MORE " Thanks Megha ma'am for helping me to get out of my health issues and emotional imbalance. Gratitude
I happen to chance upon "The yoga cocoon by Megha" on insta a year back , met her to start with my yoga practice. It's been a truly blissful and an incredible journey so far. Megha is a wonderful person and a humble beautiful soul. Her expertise, experience, confidence and love for the practice makes it a smooth process for beginners too. After months of mat yoga classes with Megha, I tried the Arial workshop with her recently. It was an absolute joy, coming over my fear and inhibitions under her able guidance and with her calm aura I had the most blissful session.
Megha is an amazing trainer. Have joined the pre-natal sessions and she has guided me well during my whole pregnancy. Have provided personal touch with every session. It was a great experience with her. Best wishes.
