It's a budget guest house. Nice in comparison with another guest house. There is no room service. The breakfast menu is very limited and repetitive but simple and good. Lunch and dinner need to be pre-booked. Never had since outside there are lot better options. The only difference is it is next to the beach.
It's a part of Aurobindo Ashram a segment has been converted into a accomodation as hotel. Service is very nice, staff is very helpful, location is awesome. Try taking rooms on first or second floor. Food is good though breakfast options are limited but it's good in taste. Lunch and dinner have to be pre informed if one needs it. I liked it might even consider if I visit pondicherry again
The staff are friendly. The rooms are good with beach facing balcony. Enjoyed the breakfast there. Highly recommended this place.
Sea facing rooms situated right in front of the Promenade beach. Walkable distance to Aurobindo Ashram, Manakula Vinayagar Temple, Pondicherry museum ...
Nice sea view. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful courtyard nice homely vegetarian dining
Nice location close to Ashram and Manakulavinayagar
A horrible experience. We saw that rooms were available on their website. However when we visited there, the security refused it. He was extremely impolite and short tempered. The management should really consider replacing him with more polite ones if they want more customers. The road to reach it is also narrow, there isn't much parking space available on the weekends. Feel free to visit there if you want to be treated like trash by even the security guard
This place is located adjacent to the Aurobindo society on the Promenade.
In the French quarters for which Pondicherry is famous for. All famous Pondi tourist spots are just walking distance from here.
Rooms are basic and big. We were a family of four & were given a big room with three beds and an extra mattress. Our balcony had the Promenade beach view, ground floor.
Breakfast is simple and adequate.
Good for a quiet, peaceful stay.
Parking can be a challenge. There was no parking available for the Hotel separately. Our driver, who had parked the car on the street adjacent to the hotel & sleeping in the car with windows rolled down, had his wallet flicked by someone in the middle of the night.
This is ultimate place to stay, if you are lucky enough to get accomodation. Staff is Good & Polite, services are good.
