THE PALMS BEACH RESORT - Resort hotel in Diu - Diu, India

I recently visited the Palm Beach Resort in Diu and had an amazing experience. The resort is situated near the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities that one would expect from a luxury resort. The restaurant served delicious food and the bar was well stocked with a variety of drinks. The pool was very clean and the beach was pristine. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Diu.

Mr. Narendra is a great person, whatever I needed he helped me with everything. He even offered me an upgrade to premium room when I had issues. Everything was taken care by him. It was great experience just because of him. Overall the property is good you get swimming pool as well. Food(took veg only) is fine. Overall services and staff behaviour is good. We recently enjoyed a fantastic one-day stay at Hotel Palm Beach Resort. The service was good, and we want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Narendra Parmar, the Manager, for his outstanding assistance. The resort's beautiful ambience, well-appointed rooms, and friendly staff made our stay comfortable. Only downside is common kitchen for Veg and Non-Veg. So if you are Jain/ or strictly follow Veg, you have to look for food options outside the hotel, which too are available next to this resorts. Apart from this, highly recommended.

As a Citizen of foreign county and visited after a long time to Diu, I would never expect the development of Diu and India. If it is more than 5 star review I would love to do for Palm Beach Resort and Staff. Great Location close to beach walking distance. Phenomenal restaurant services all food as per the taste with decent quantity and 100% fresh. Moreover, Mr.Narendra Parmar (Manager) is taking care of all guest just like family Member.

The property is a charming small Resort like a Boutique hotel on the island of Diu. It derives its name from the interesting palm trees, spread in abundance on the island of Diu. The palm trees is in fact found nowhere else in the country. The hotel's verandah styled Restaurant & Bar, named 'The Pride of Island` before changed name Cat's Eye View makes for a pleasant area to have meals or simply lounge around. The menu is small because the focus here is on excellent food, fresh and hygienically cooked. So it is no surprise that major travel review sites & international guidebooks give the resort cuisine excellent ratings.

Terrible Experience at Vacation Mate Palm Beach Resort I recently booked a stay at Vacation Mate Palm Beach resort with my family, and I must say it was the worst experience I have had so far. Our troubles began right from the start when we arrived at the resort at 11 o'clock, only to be informed that check-in time was at 12 o'clock. This meant we had to wait for an hour, which was already an inconvenience. Finally, at around 12:20, we were given our room. However, the moment I entered, I was greeted by a foul smell that filled the air. To combat this unpleasant odor, I had to use room freshener. Moreover, the floor of the room was unexpectedly wet, and despite my attempts to dry it, it remained soaked throughout our stay. This persistent dampness was not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. To make matters worse, I had to unexpectedly check out the next day due to a medical emergency. I had informed the resort staff about this a day in advance, but to my dismay, the resort manager charged me an extra 1000 without any valid reason. When I called to inquire about the additional charge, I discovered that all the rooms had been sold at a higher price, indicating that the resort was taking advantage of the situation. This lack of understanding and empathy from the management was highly disappointing. Furthermore, it was evident that the resort was in dire need of renovation. The property appeared old and worn-out, lacking the charm and amenities one would expect from a reputable establishment. The room itself was dark, with inadequate lighting, creating a gloomy and unwelcoming atmosphere. Given the numerous issues we encountered during our stay, I strongly advise against booking this resort. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer better services, cleanliness, and value for money. Save yourself the disappointment and consider alternative accommodation options when planning your stay in Palm Beach.

Rooms are basic but well maintained. It may need little refurbishment on rooms but the current state is not that bad. Most important is the service. Great service provider. All staff, manager, supervisor, and cleaning staff are so friendly and helpful. They go Above and beyond to make sure they provide great customer service. Good is great too, you do get room service option if you don't want to eat or drink in restaurant or bar. Room comes with small balcony. Resort is 2 min walk away from beach. If you travelling with kids they do provide kettle too to hear up water n milk for baby food. Resort have small swimming pool as well. Overall great service and very memorable stay. Pathetic service provider. Staff doesn't know about hospitality especially the front-desk. Service is dead slow. 2 water bottle and 1 cup of team i waited for 1hr 30 mins. Pool was dirty. Insects were breeding in the water and the staff didn't bothered about. In the picture you can see the insects are breeding. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT.
