What I like about the class are the self defense techniques which makes me feel like I can protect myself and protect the people around me. I also like the exercise because before I had nothing to motivate me to exercise and this class is really helping, I started the morning kickbox class this week. Went M,W,F and it kicked my butt. I visited this place for admission of my kids for Mixed Martial Arts training. I had a meeting with Champion Mr. kabir Singh. He is a man of honour. He explained about the procedure of admission for training in such a way that one must do. The important part is to keep the kids interested in the training. Hats off sir.
The best place in town to learn full contact MMA and achieve one's fitness goals! I joined in June and lost around 8 kgs in 5 months! Moreover, Suraj sir is really one of the best athletic mentors! His technical knowledge and skillset are commendable!

Fitness and Skills, both are being worked upon here. First 10 Minutes of training here is equivalent to two hours of work-out in a gym, and then you have to go on for 50 minutes more. Energises you for next two days. Amazing experience.
