They have latest design dresses for all occasionas at a reasonable price. We purchased the dresses for my son wedding for my son as well as for me. Our relatives praised all the dresses and took address of Groom Palace for their purchasing for special moments. Sales: My salesman was Naresh Sharma ji. I was shown different varieties of sherwani and we chose the one we liked. But after confirming order, all necessary modiciations were not noted down properly it seems. Delivery: Then came the time of delivery and I went for the trial. The color of the accessories was completely mismatched. I called Naresh ji and told him the issue. He came and started talking in a loud voice and with extremely rough behaviour as if he had bought me. I guess because he got his sales incentive, he didn't want to serve the customer anymore. However, the correct accessories were then brought and all the other issues were solved with the help of Gupta ji in the trial area (might have the name wrong) who worked with me till the end and made sure all my issues were addressed. Very thankful to him. I would have given it a 5 star but just because of the rough behaviour of Naresh ji, I am giving it a 2 star so that the owners can see. Before the store denies, let me give the details, my token was J3551, and the administration is free to check the cameras of my trial day to verify whether I have written the truth or not.

Please explore other options before going here. They will mess up your order big time and won't even apologise for the same. Rather they will argue how what they have done is only right. A bunch of unprofessionals who will speak everything you want to hear when you are going on a trail and later when you have paid them, the ball is in their court. Even during trials they won't allow video calls which is worst. When you go to collect your delivery, because they have messed up your order, you will be there for over two hours, getting everything corrected. This not only happened to me but 6 other customers who were there to get their deliveries. We had to buy another set from Tasva to get the Sherwani to look like a Sherwani. Useless group of people in pink shirts cannot even understand basic measurements and the shop owner will demand cash to save GST which is a whole other story

On visiting the store I realized that they have fake reviews. Its a small shop meaning lesser collection. The collection was not at all impressive. The atmosphere was too dull. Most importantly the price I enquired and later compared with others, were too high. Based on my personal experience I dont think its best place there.

Groom place has got 2 or 3 shops in the karol bagh area (may be even more). They have got really very good collection for wedding. You will get everything at this place. This place is a bit expensive and you have to spent some 4000 to 5000 extra compared to other locations (see my other reviews). If you look otherwise then the shop has got everything to impress you. So definitely this place is a must if you are the groom. Please see the pics for more ideas.

The shop has good collection of suits and sherwani's. All staff are well behaved and experienced. I was escorted by Anand and he showed us good designer clothes.

Ordered 20 Kurtas for grooms friends through recommendations from friends . I am very happy with the entire process. The Kurtas all look good and the delivery of the same has come in time for the wedding this week . Thanks Ashish/ Abhishek for making it happen and process was seamless .

We had an amazing experience with The Groom Palace, Karol Bagh. As we are not from Delhi and we had a flight to catch same day. They understood our priorities. Got Everything done like finishing, fitting and same Jutis within few hours. We placed an order for Safa and Stole. They also delivered it on time. Packaging was perfect. Highly Recommend it.
