The Emerald Gym - Gym in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

Being new to working out can be very intimidating, but the atmosphere at this specific gym is great. The equipments are in good condition. Shanu sir (the trainer) is exceptionally kind and motivating and is well equipped with the know-how required along with a greater understanding of nutrition as well. I would definitely recommend the gym and also advise people new to working out to seek personal training, it really helps. Overall a really great experience!

1.Clean & dirt-free environment 2.Up to date machinery 3.Encouraging Trainer, reassurance for fitness goals. Currently preparing for CSE 2024 in O.R.N and Afraid to have any ECA in schedule, but efficiency has been improved afterwards workout.

This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. The staff were great The gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. Bieng a physiotherapist i needed a trainer who knows how the muscles work how important the posture is for the workout and shanu sir is just amazing in his job Keep doing exactly what you are doing.

Emerald is one of the greatest Gym bars one should definitely attend who are fitness enthusiasts and crave more workouts that will give you 100% kick off as much. Mr shanu is the best trainer with good enthusiastic spirit just go and enjoy the freak. Requst to all just go and feel the real workout at Emerald at Old Rajinder nagar

Visited for a trial..Loved every part of the gym..Good Crowd, Great Equipments, Friendly and polite staff and good hygiene maintained in the gym. Definitely becoming a member at this gym..Best gym in ORN so far. Keep up the good work

Great place to kick off your day with some positive energy with a great workout, trainers and helpers are very supportive they will make your workout and diet plan as per your body type and always keep a track of your performance regularly. I am seeing great results in my body in terms of strength with in a month Great work by Shanu Sir !! Keep it up !!
