Very arrogant lady. She scolds her customers. Don't ever go to this shop. Such people should educate themselves first in good colleges, learn about customer service and then run shops. Never go to this shop.
Please read my reviews before you go here! All they have here is readymade white gown and lehengas (most of them were outdated) worst part is there's no customisation. We bought our white gown in another shop where they customised according to our needs. We went there to get wedding crown (tiaras) and gloves and travelled 20+ kms to reach here as they have wide variety of Accesories. But, here's the twist! They do not sell tiaras or gloves if you don't buy wedding dresses or Lehanga from here. So kindly don't visit this place and moreover these people were rude in conveying this. Better avoid visiting this place!
I went to 6 different bridal shops in Chennai and had the best experience at The bridal shop porur. The dress shopping was one of the more stressful parts of planning for me because all the dresses i tried on didn't feel like "the one". after trying on 15+ dresses, i finally found my dream dress here! i felt most comfortable, welcomed and special at this store. i highly recommend dress shopping with owner akka and the team at The bridal shop porur. thanks so much for an incredible experience i'll always cherish! my dress has become the inspiration for so many other parts of my wedding planning and I'm so so happy."

Thanks to The Bridal Shop who helped me at the last moment. I went there exactly 3 days before my wedding cos the dress I ordered through different source didn't reach me at the last moment. They helped me to choose and gave my dream dress a day before my wedding and it was so so perfect.
My worst experience. I suggest no one to go for this shop. Horrible phone response. They will ask you to come over there to tell you that they don't have those service. To hear that word you should go blindly there driving 20kms. After we went there they told no rental gowns timings are till 6.30 pm only nu. After we shouted only that lady sent a super staff of her she sounds exactly like her manager that rude attitude not answering customer properly and all. Then we went upstairs to see the collections after that staff spoke with her boyfriend on call for 15mins instead of attending us she asked for size , i said it's for me she immediately said no no rental gowns are are only on m size we have unga size ku lam dress eh illa, i asked her you guys should tell us in phone call itself right why we came this far to here this response, till the end she didn't say a word sorry she didn't even accept their fault she only argued with us to the core . The thing is in a marketing field how all the staffs are so arrogant, not responding customers with respect , not even considering as a person. Really very very very horrible place i have ever seen. Sudden fame make these people un kind to other people.
Too expensive for not so great gowns. Very bad service, people in the counters were too rude dealing with the customers.
