The rooms were comfortable. Great location, it's very close to the church and mall road. The staff is extremely helpful, they were very polite and constantly available on call for any assistance. Nishant from their team helped us throughout our trip. They also arranged for bonfire for us. Had a great Experience!

I loved the hotel and the services very much. I liked the food they served and they were always on time. I also liked the ambience and the room. The taxi service was also good. Taxi owner (Vicky) was very informative. Also, staff(Nishant) was very polite and well mannered.

Even though we had a very brief stay in this hotel , it didn't fail to deliver a premium experience. The service and their shear efforts to serve their guests is top notch. However the location is a bit tricky to find , but it is conveniently close to the mall and other tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for all sorts of travel who are looking for a convenient as well as budget hotel near to ridge and with a good view .

We have stayed at this hotel first time. Beautiful place to stay with a great location. Everything was a top standard nothing too much trouble, the decorations throughout was lovely and cleanliness also well maintained . One member of hotel team Mr. Nishant help and guide us all over the time. Friendly staff is also available.

Rooms are comfortable. We got upgraded to a bigger room, so that was good. We did have a very genuine situation; our flight was cancelled so we decided to go the previous day. But they did not adjust the price, which was their hotel policy. Internet was not at par. We had to log in multiple times to get access. The staff and housekeeping were very kind and they helped us a lot. Overall it was a good stay at Ashoka

Service provided was nice, Nishant was the very helpful and has provided all the things we requested. Also he has arranged born fire, that was very pleasant. Location wise it is near to Mall Road, but you have to walk to reach hotel. Rooms were okay.
