The Altius Boutique Hotel - Hotel in Chandigarh - Chandigarh, India

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Altius in Chandigarh, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The food was nothing short of amazing; the delicacies they served were unique and delectable. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the exceptional service quality. The staff was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Altius for anyone looking for an extraordinary culinary experience in Chandigarh. I can't wait to return for another delightful meal.

We stayed at Altius for a whole week and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The food and the service at the restaurant were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to be able to look out on the greenery. Although not centrally located, it was quite easy to get around the city quickly.

WORST PLACE TO STAY, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE......the hotel is located in chandigarh industrial area, the hotel doesn't have any amenities as mentioned in there descriptions. The rooms are very narrow, the washroom has leakage, exhaust of the washrooms doesn't work. For requesting any housing keeping service i had to call 6 times for any service. The hotel has worst food, the complimentary breakfast given by the hotel has a very lesser variety of cuisines, even a road side small chai wala has more variety of snacks to offer with tea than this so called 4 star hotel. Even after escalating the issue to hotel management there response was so casual like if they already aware about the problem and they don't want to take any action on it. All they care is about asking for money time to time and providing no services in return. DONOT LOOK TO STAY HERE, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Outstanding staff, very friendly and always showing involvement. Surroundings not that great, but all in all very good value for money. Beds are top, but the furniture is getting older and shows some flaws. Excellent restaurant.

During the trip to Amritsar via Chandigarh and Zirakpur, I came across this small, they call it boutique hotel. It is situated just lay by lane at the corner. It is visible very much from the main road. They have ample space for parking. Valet service is there. They are very pleasant and humble. The check in process is cool and calm. Rooms are spacious with pleasing decor. Amenities are easy to find at their suitable place. No hustle bustle. Room service can be bit better but I'm satisfied. Room tariff is reasonable as per Standards. They have small banquet and restaurant big enough. I will suggest this for cool and calm business trip. This is very much suitable for the parties and especially small wedding function where food and accommodation are both available with complete satisfaction. Keep growing .

Check in was terrible, staff were unprofessional and poorly organised and had to call the room multiple times for information they didn't ask for during check in. The room is small, had a bad smell and was NOT clean at all not to mention the shower didn't work properly. AND THEN as I'm from Australia I requested another bottle of water to brush my teeth and they said it will be Rs100 for 1 bottle!! Like mate we paid the fees for the room this is a basic human right and they can't even provide. Then I turned the TV on and put a Indian movie on that was playing that night and the remote for the TV wasn't even working in the room so I had to do it manually from the side of the TV. I also couldn't get the subtitles on so it was basically a useless TV. Why have the option if it doesn't work. Then I found out if you want non Hindi movie channels you have to pay extra per channel what an absolute joke! Definitely not 4 star hotel!! Won't be coming back.

On a business tour at Chandigarh, this hotel was booked by our travel desk. Clean and friendly reception desk. The lawn view room, has some basic amenities shortage, no hanger on wardrobe, no coffee sachet, bathroom is smaller , room smells of cigarettes, strong room freshener sprayed to suppress cigarette smell. Bed is small in size, I am 5'10", while sleeping my legs are out of bed .. hanging. Good location, ideal for short trips, marriages etc. Food I have not tried yet... Some more details need to be taken care of at the hotel management level. Small things that make customers happy and polite behaviour will make us come back again. Overall mixed checked in experience. Good stay.

I had chosen hotel altius for celebrating my son's first birthday due to great location and good packages suiting our budget. The customer dealing was done great by Renui ma'am. She understood out requirements well and also offered many complimentary services. The decoration and catering on the B'day was excellent. Thanks, A Happy customer!
