I am enjoying challenging by body with the diverse exercise program followed here. Tathastu is the best yoga centre in town. Narendra sir and Meet sir are the most knowledgeable and giving teachers. Blessed to be learning under their guidance. Creative ways of teaching yoga, no monotonous repetitive routines, pre decided works out sessions with different props for each month. Highly recommend this centre.
