This is the best fitness academy in Jalandhar, and Manmeet sir is the best trainer. You will see a noticeable change in your child within a month. Their physical health will improve to the point where they will stand out from the other children..... I have had personal experience with this and highly recommend it.....My daughter is now at a different level and can do anything. I will highly recommend his training...

Manmeet Sir is incredibly passionate about what he does and this comes across in our training sessions. He knows anatomy and the workings of the human body, which ensures that I exercise safely and correctly whilst maximum results. He tailors every session according to my needs and varying the exercises to keep it interesting and challenging. I wanted to work on my Range Of Motion, Strength and Mobility; gyms don't promote functional fitness I was after. But with him I am able to tick all the boxes. I have learned so much not only about getting in shape but also about how the different muscles connect and work. Each session left me with a 'Job well done' feeling. He even recorded the sessions we went through and I was given notes for further help. I feel confident I have the tools to continue exercising on my own and the knowledge I gained will benefit me for the rest of my life.
