I have joined the gym recently and the gym facilities are outstanding. Very hygiene friendly adnd all the machines are updated. Their trainers are also very friendly and helpful especially Hitesh sir. He's one of the best trainers.His attitude is very remarkable and he helps everyone to achieve their goals. Have been coming to the gym for past 8 years, and this gym is the best to workout and have a good time. Life just gets better as you see the trainers and you workout. Once you start coming this gym becomes home. You just can't workout anywhere else. Workout becomes easy and fun with people around you . Best gym evaaaaaa!!!

Its a perfect place for work out . Its a place where you get every thing that a healthy life-style needs. Nutrition counseling is simply superb. Things here are always at places.There are many things to do in the gym. People are always their to motive and help us. The environment here is very enjoyable with music . its a good place to make life style healthy. Diet charts are made according to the likes and dislikes of the customer, which help them to follow it and never feel like doing dieting. I have visited lot of gym and found that number of boys is very high in all of them. I left few gyms because there were hardly any girls, working out alone made me uncomfortable. I visited Talwalakrs after reading google reviews and checking pictures. I was surprised to find that there were so many girls here. I felt very comfortable. In fact I felt girls outnumbered boys here. I have joined here. Working out is fun and have become a part of girls fitness group. We challenge and motivate each other. Here, they have separate changing room and locker room for ladies. The atmosphere is very positive, healthy and safe, must say it is the best gym for ladies. I would surely request you to visit here once. Highly recommended!

I was 122 KG when I joined Talwalkar (Vaishali Nagar) branch. I had least hope that my weight will be reduced. However, keeping in faith and confidence on myself I joined Talwalkar (Vaishali Nagar) branch in the month of April '2022. My first interaction was with Mr. Devraj and Mr. Khemraj. Upon discussing with them my daily routine, they had boosted me with confidence and inculcated faith in me that I will be reaching my ideal BMI of 75 KG with proper work out and diet. Post the discussion I got confidence and joined Talwalkar (Vaishali Nagar) in the month of April 2022. I have requested Mr. Devraj to be my personal trainer and help me in reaching ideal BMI of 75 KG. What to say about Mr. Devraj. He is an incredible trainer, and I'm so grateful for his work. His encouragement and constant motivation pushed me to heights I never thought possible. Thank you for inspiring me to be excellent in everything I do. Your leadership and sportsmanship are top-notch. It is fun iwhile working with you and highly inspiring. Today I am weighing 79 KG. Devraj had helped me by reducing weight of 42KG in 5 months by suggesting proper and effective work outs along with diet. I am only 4KG far away to reach my ideal BMI of 75 KG. The best gym I have ever joined. Trainers have good knowledge. Plus this gym is super hygienic- lockers, washroom, gym equipmens, everything. Also, they are following proper precautions during covid.
