Best gym and best trainer in this area . Ajay sir is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Gives perfect guidance for each and every exercise and motivates to perform each time better. Really thankful for all the guidance .The gym equipments are more than sufficient to Target all muscle-exercises.Gym- environment is very safe and female -friendly. Hygiene is also very well maintained.Very happy to have well equipped gym with certified and experienced trainer near home .Thank u Ajay sir for all the guidance and support. Highly recommend

Great variety of machines, good trainers, not crowded. Only drawbacks are that it doesn't stay open on Sundays and stays off from 11:30 till 4:30 on all days.
