Initially I was hesitant to join this gym, as there are couple of other very renowned gyms in this area, I mean big names. And this gym for me was not a big name in comparison to other gyms of the area. But still, I pushed myself and went to visit the gym twice. The manager was very polite and helping, and he never stressed on having the person trainer like other gyms. Thus, for the politeness of the manager, I joined this gym. And, within a week, they proved my decision absolutely right, as they take care of their every member individually, guide them, and they always watch over you whether you doing the work out right or not. I mean, they just keep watching you. They don't let you go. Thank you so much guys.

Amazing gym with all essential machines, the trainers are well behaved and very helpful. Coaches are well trained with good knowledge of their field.the diet plans given by them works really well.
