I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Taj West End, Bangalore. The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beauty and tranquility. The customer service was top-notch, exceeding all expectations. I must commend Mohammed at the front desk for his exceptional assistance and warm hospitality. The dinner at Blue Ginger was a delightful culinary journey, adding to the overall fantastic experience. I'm already looking forward to the opportunity to stay again soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Bangalore.

Nice ambience and excellent staff. Not a kid friendly resort, nothing for kids and one restaurant banned from kids. But the staff did their best to acknowledge our needs and our child, which was very nice. We got an upgrade from a smaller room to a bigger one but it had a deep mould smell. Of course the premises are old. Overall nice lush green place and peaceful environment.

One of the best Hotels I've ever visited. With a beautiful location, it gives an eye pleasing view for visitors. The rooms are cleaner, neater and equipped with all essential amenities. The food was absolutely tasty and delicious. And to top it all, the service and staff of the hotel is very promising and cooperative. A must visit in the town.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in - lots of greenery, vast expanse - great for morning walks, excellent service by all staff. Very peaceful and calming. The hotel also has animals :) - rabbits, ostriches, ducks and roosters :). Rooms are awesome - we stayed in a suite - with greenery all around. And just sitting in the balcony and having a cup of coffee was super. The weather (as usual) definitely helped - nice winter chill setting in. Definitely recommended. Will come back for sure.

Beautiful hotel and lovely service. Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms are really well appointed. The grounds are also lovely, feels like you are in a rain forest. Only thing that left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth was at checkout - the payment was taken with a currency conversion, which I didn't agree to. The rate was significantly less favourable than market value and actually added 10% to my stay. Not the type of thing you'd expect at a hotel like this.

Brilliant dining experience. Variety of cuisines and loved every thing about the place! I specifically ordered chicken steak which was delicious.The staff were very courteous and friendly. The food was excellent. Tasty and visually very appealing too. The lunch buffet had a huge spread with a lot of non-vegetarian options. The desserts were good too. One of the finer restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this place for a good date with your partner & friends
