Shri Anil Swaraj is one of the best Aiyengar Yog Guru in northern India that one can reach out to for a wholistic experience on the subject. I had approached Swaraj Sir in 2019 with a severe knee problem. In about two months I was much better and the initiation into Yog by Swaraj Sir put me on the right path on how to approach this vast science and philosophy. As a person, he is most approachable which is one of the most needed attribute between a Guru and a shishya and this quality of Sir makes the learning process very enjoyable and enriching. One should go blindly to Swaraj Sir to learn Yog to his school at Jammu and Dharamshala.

This Yoga centre is best due to personal guidance of Yoga teacher , very systematic Yoga exercises. After joining this yoga centre I am feeling tremendous better change in my life both physically and mentally. Now I am feeling why I should have not joined this Yoga centre earlier.

Before entering SKY it is my Perception that yoga is all about flexibility and performing asanas. don't know why I waited so long to try yoga. I've had hip pain for nearly a year. My orthopedic doctor sent me to physical therapy and it seemed that my pain increased. After two yoga sessions with (SKY) I no longer have hip pain. (SKY) listens and tailors your workout specifically to your needs, or goals. (SKY) is very professional and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her as an instructor!
