Absolute mesmerizing stay. Rooms are clean. The food they serve is good I would not say its the best. You have lot many options for dinner and breakfast. The management needs to clean the bathroom tiles so as to gain more stars. Hot water system needs to be improved. Overall a 7.5 on 10
This was our first time visiting Gangtok. We stayed in Suhim Portico for three nights. Our stay was very pleasant and memorable. The staff was very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with anything. The food was tasty and had just the right amount of spice and not too oily. The rooms and dining area was clean. The servers and Chef Nishan were open to customer feedback. The environment and surroundings are safe. The property is well placed and has a few sweet old dogs to play with. Overall, I recommend this place!
Amazing experience at this hotel; the hospitality is top notch from the staff. Love the rooms - very clean and well maintained. Extra credits to Chef nishan for making great food for us!
