Overall my experience here was good. Everyone I've met in the hospital were kind and cooperative. The final charges were an issue as I felt it was a bit expensive. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hospital to be visited for cold, fever like sicknesses.

Doctors are good but sometimes they too irritates but the people at the reception need to work on their politeness and behaviour. Lack talking skills.people at the reception counter. They ask you to call and take appointment. On reaching the hospital they say phone appointment doesnt matter and its a first come first serve basis. They lack absolute professionalism. The doctors are however good. Ended up not going there as the way they treated us. As the doctor shows partiality for well being dressed , As it's the hospital whr my baby has born but ended up not going here after... As in the same location Dr Nagabushan sir is there he's so down to earth even the receipt ladies are well mannered PPL, there behaviour with parents and kids are humble and kindness.

I had gotten admitted for dengue fever with very high fever and platelets counts. The staff here are very friendly and take care of you like family. Specially sister Ruheena with her smiling face kudos to all the staff and the facility.

Had thaken my father here for chest pain, and the lady doctor there immediately guided us and referred us to higher centre. We could save my dad due to the emergency care given here! Extremely grateful to the doctor.

If you really care for your kids please don`t visit this hospital, they are just looting and there is no proper bill and no proper treatment I would like to ask the congress government to ban this hospital asap, most of the reviews have been uploaded by their own employees. i would like to file case

The service here provided is soo worst and the money they charge for the service provided it's not worth and the staff is good but the doctor itself is so patient less how can they handle patients as I had personally gone there for the first time for some emergency the doctor named (Amitha ) who personally treated me the way she treated was so worst the behaviour with the patients are bad and the doctor is so restless. She started talking to me rudely and scolding the staff.(nurse) without reasons and she was scolding my guardian and I would not recommend this hospital. Please do go to other hospital only recommended for emergency. Thank you

Admitted my son after consulting but there are hardly any staff to assist. No one supportive enough to explain the diagnosis of the patient. Very poor staff service and called multiple times to front desk but that is of no use and no proper response. Management should look into these issues.
