Worst place with an unprofessional head . The salon was too untidy with very unpleasant smell .Staff had no knowledge about my appointment and as I started discussing it with their boss, he tried some lame excuses with an irrelevant discussion. Moreover I had asked for a female artist but they denied it by saying that they can only do three shades of hair colour. I did not go through any services and cancelled my appointment with loss of advance payment.

Just had my first appointment here and l loved the experience. The service was great, and the staff is cooperative and professional.Definitely recommend coming here.

Worst experience ever ..the staff is really rude especially the guy named (Chandan)....Don't go there ...They are lazy , it took entire day for just smoothening and they do not do their work properly and their excuses are lame like the staff was ill or something, plus they do not appoint the exact time and blame it on people for coming ....i suggest to never ever ever go there...and products they use on people are mostly expired . (The chandan guy even ate our snacks without our permission )

Utterly disappointed with their service.they will just grab your money with no accountability. The team is very unprofessional and unskill. Overall I am very upset, Mr CEO seems to be least bothered even after trying to reach out to him he dont respond. I would give negative rating if there was a choice Mr. Tajamul khan your claim regarding achieving 80 percent result makes now very clear how professional you and your team is.. I never meant why I haven't achieved 100 percent result . U yourself know it's not more then 40 percent result.. I went through treatment on your Guidance and assurance that result will be 80 percent.. But ur professional team was only there for making money so they lied regarding results. Why anyone should invest if you and your team will clearly say results will be around 40-50percent.. U kept me in dark about results and misleaded me for sake of money....your team repeatedly said u will get only around 80 percent result becoz of mehndi further Mr chander said this 80 percent will last for one year.. And made me to buy list of items..but being professional u should have given me sincere consultation.. It seems customer satisfaction is not your cup of tea. I again came to your saloon once results were clear not for the purpose that why I haven't achieved 100 percent result but i was there for my 80 percent result which u have promised.. Even if I would have got only 70 percent result that would have been satisfactory but your behaviour and Continuously claiming this 40 percent result as 80 percent was disgusting.. And now you are posing as if I am asking for 100 percent result , which is not the reality and u know it very well.. At the end what I want to convey is if u claim this result as 80 percent then really u haven't any professionalism and you and your team then really does not know what 80 percent is..

Style and streax is the best saloon in the whole kashmir .The service that they provide there is unbelievable and awesome, I really loved it especially hair services ...

There was no AC not even a exhaust the saloon was full of gases and we could not stand inside Otherwise they were full supportive and friendly But you should have a AC and exhaust inside saloon

Unprofessional place. The staff gives you too much of an attitude despite taking appointments. Bunch of untrained people. Please go to some other place if you want good services.
