Worst staffs in dialysis unit in st. Theresas hospital staffs are full time using mobiles and not at all caring the patients some staffs are also selling injiction and which patients buy injiction that staff take care about the patients other patients they doesn't care at all very worst experience its not a treatment care center its a health mafia center

Doctors and treatment is also good, but the staff are still not updated. Most of the staff doesn't know how to swipe the cards, parents getting their childrens for treatment doesn't have chairs to sit, childrens doesn't have proper toys, no proper canteens etc. Totally we have to say the hospital is not upgraded.

Terrible hospital! My mother had a DNC procedure here. The entire episode was a nightmare. The procedure, the post care, and the sisters were just pathetic!

Worst staff and sisters. When patient became suddenly extreme serious and we called nurse, Nurse is happily drinking coffe with next ward people and she is saying we cant do anything. To change patient dress and bedsheets the nurse will throw on cot to change and will go off. Only we have to do it. When drips need to be changed or gets over, you have to go back of them multiple times else that's it. After seeing BP, these nurses literally throw patient hands roughly as if Its dead body. They won't provide last formality documents properly at all even after paying full amount. Tht useless sister will say you should ask and get it. But in ghat they said all hospitals should provide and thy only know all these. They shouldn't expect from attenders. Simply these Sisters so called will come and speak to us for guidance and destroy our peace alsi. They just speak lik as if they help truly but zero. They put bill for not doing things also and when we ask, They simply confuse and say unwanted reasons. So many things there to say.......

Doctors r very good ,nursing staff will take good care about patients espicle special ward staff nursing and nursing student r very good care taking I m happy about hospital staff

Hospital services are good .Dr.Bhagyasree mam provided good care for my child.Sraffs are also cooperative .
