I take total package from Sharik and believe me these guys are so punctual of time, well appointed nd organised services like well dressed & mannered drivers, neat & clean cabs, good hotels. These guys are very much professional with their services. Very much recommended for every travel related services. For holiday package, these young champs are very professional and serious towards services. Very happy and satisfied with their services. Due to full pack of Kashmir , Sharik Organised best hotels and services for us.

They never even told my driver that I had already paid online. They also didn't tell him that the trip involved stops at various places along the way. This made things difficult since the driver spoke almost no English, which would have been fine if the company had communicated the details of what I paid for to the driver beforehand. It was a pain messaging the company about these issues as we traveled through the mountains, going in and out of cell service. We ended up missing some stops despite having paid 20000 Rs online. Avoid if you're a foreigner. Also, the driver calling and messaging me over and over in the morning to hurry me up is just rude and obnoxious behavior toward a paying customer.

Never book taxi, it's scam after reach Srinagar neither they provided taxi nor pick phone. You will become helpless

I had to lead 15 people who were visiting Kashmir for the first time including me, so I was a little bit nervous but when the pickup was on time we felt it was half done.
