A special thanks to the "owner and coach of this gym". Megha mam and John sir they both are soo good and fitness freak people and I have find a very fun loving and motivational environment here. And I have loosen my weight in this gym with the hard of my coach and Megha mam . So the best and secure place for every girl's and ladies !
The best gym to workout. Provides all necessary facilites. Trainers are so inspiring they motivates you at every point to reach your goal. They keep a proper check about how one is exersicing. A proper schedule of workout is maintained for an indivdual .All necessary equipments are available which are required for workout. Floor as well as machine workout. Proper lighting system is there. I just enjoy working out here. Infact it is the perfect place for females

Not a good gym to go.. like trainer is very casual.. he don't mind if you are doing excercise in wrong posture or completely wrong.. There is no proper cooling system they always keep on switching lights fans and AC's off.. in the month of june you have to request them to please switch on the AC.. the weighing system is always switched off.. like you have to ask them for every single thing.. Most of the equipments are manual. like if you stopped for a minute all the progress is gone.. overall not a suggested place for gyming.
