Our experience with South City Cars was very hassle free. They were professional in their approach and helped us find a good car as per our requirements. The condition of the car we got is very good. We even got the car checked outside by our own people before we decided to buy the car and they had no objection in us doing so. Even the paperwork was done by them and we didn't have any problems. Purchased my first car from here. A Maruti Suzuki Wagon R. I liked the courteous staff and the support they provided. Visited them thrice to find a car and was provided with adequate knowledge each time. A Special mention for Mr Krishna and Mr Saroj who provided timely information and also undertook the RC and other legal work. They also provide after Sales service and give a 1 year guarantee on the Engine of the Car. All in all it was a good experience.

I had the worst possible experience from the institution. I was saved from a scam at the last minute, I'll explain. I contacted them after I saw an ad in OLX, without going into much details, I found what looked like a good deal with very low kilometers driven. The salesmen at the dealer was pushing me to buy it and was creating unnecessary urgency to buy the same car. On inspection of the car it looked in good condition, with the console showing almost exactly the claimed Km driven. Later with much more detailed research of the car I found out that the car had actually been driven 30,000 Km plus what had been claimed. The Km driven shows significant difference between different online sites. Credit where it is due, they have replaced the worn tires (in ads from different sites the tires were quite worn out) and installed a really good music system. However it looks like (at least in initial impression) they have manipulated the Km driven. When I inquired about the discrepancy, they did not respond and when called they said "It's an error of the console". I do not want to come to premature concision but it looks like one cannot trust them with basic criteria like Km driven.

I have recently purchased a car from South City Cars and I must say I am truly satisfied with their service. They have taken care of my RC Transfer and also helped me with doorstep service with my Fastag. I have found them very transparent.
