Rooms are clean but some small cockroaches in room. Breakfast was very good. Staff is cooperative and Polite. Rest things also Good.
1) Checked in wee hours. 2) Rooms alloted had spacious bed but rooms are small as compared to the size of bed. 3) 24 hours hot water was present. 4) Even the AC was perfectly cooling. 5) The breakfast was good though there was not much variety to it. the hotel has its own dining space. 6). One of the finest hotels in the area. 7) The vehicle parking is at the basement of the mall in which the property situated hence each in and out going of the vehicle attracts parking fee of rupees 20. This is a bit negative point about this accommodation.
Location is very good if staying in howrah. Service is poor, main gate closes after 10 PM, have to walk through mall and food court and cover very long distance. After 10 PM only one security guard is available for room service and front desk.
Very nice stay , I am coming to this hotel from last 1 year.. Staying here feeling like a home, Well behaved staff, Awesome food, and service. Good hotel in Howrah area.
It's amazing staying here. Very nice & clean. Buffet breakfast is excellent. I am staying continuously for more than 15 days frequently. I preferred always to stay here only At Kolkata -Howrah.
It's a good hotel for stay near Belur Math. As it is attached with mall, it also has eating facility at food court. Staff is good and supportive. Rooms are clean with all facility. Veg food available in hotel is also good.
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 5am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well.
Completing my review in one line Nice Hotel, nice rooms , Good food, Good Behaviour staff, reception person is very well behaved, best hotel in howrah area.
