I have been to this restaurant twice and the food was quite good the first time but not on the second. This place has both indoor and outdoor seating and I would not recommend the indoor seating if you want to have a peaceful dinner and the seats are close and it all echos. The service was good and the atmosphere overall is fine. I think the food should be improved and the seats can be reduced or made a bit more far off. Nothing can be done about the echo but it's an overall nice experience and definitely deserves a
Good Food, good ambience and good service. That's what Smelling Salts is about, being good at everything even if it is not best in any one aspect but that doesn't stop you from having a good time. The restaurant staff and servers were all polite and respectful with eagerness and understanding to please the guests. With a bit of training and polish, the service can certainly be the best. Food is an evolutionary process but then again some of the items are best already, others need to be improved.
Car parking is a big issue at times in standalone restaurants but there is a valet service here so one can go without any concern and have a good time.
Smelling salt is family restaurant located in prime location of Ashok Vihar. It offers North Indian, Chinese, Oriental and Italian. We tried Italian dishes - pizza and ravioli. Both of the dishes were average.
People were trying North Indian and I believe it should be worth trying. Will try it and might update the review.
Smelling Salts is a vegetarian restaurant in Ashok Vihar. I liked the decor and interiors of the place and have visited quite a times for dining therein. The food is good and I had nice experience almost all the times of my visit there.

Parking can be a problem at peak time. In the afternoon, there was no one for valet parking. Inside space is good enough and ambience was nice too. Service was good and people were courteous. Most of the vegetarian's snacks were great in taste, specifically the tandoori pineapple and main course too. The prices are a little overpriced. Moreover, the charges for coke are more than double the actual price. They will charge service charge if u pay through the third party Apps.
This place is nice for family dinners. They have a valet parking so no issue for parking. We ordered Dal Makhani, soya masala chaap and butter naan. All of then tasted good and were amazing.
Ambience was really nice and the staff is nice. Being a crowded place they were unable to attend all so frequently but they were trying.
Overall bill was of Rs1500approx. And it was worthy of it.
The ambience is pretty. Food is great, service is a bit slow. But great experience overall.
Also they serve pan shots at the end complimentary, That's a great touch.
