A well maintained, perfect gym for ladies(esp. beginners) in Pondicherry. Well-equipped equipments and well trained trainers are there. My trainer Sudha is so friendly and teaches me the proper posture of workouts in each session. Highly recommended!!

One of the best atmosphere and spacious gym in Pondicherry. They're well trained trainers over here. Karunakaran is one of my best trainer I have met him here. His coaching was excellent and handling his client was so polite and gentle. He was so concern in his work. His PT is excellent.

A perfect Gym for anyone. Great environment with Awesome facility !!! enough equipments to keep everyone occupied. It's a super clean and comfortable place to workout. You can find most friendly Trainers available to assist you and train according to your body type. My trainer named Sudha does a great job and follows up on a regular manner that I take the training everyday. The encouragement she provides will make you to do more than what you can. Worth each Penny that you spend here.

Hands down, best gym in pondicherry.. Amazing and clean place ,good equipments, awesome music, friendly staff and well experienced trainers all under one roof... Special mention about my personal trainer Aruna who really cares and pushes me in the right way to achieve my goals.. Superb gym..that feels more personal... Kudos to the team.. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly environment! This place always carry a positive vibe ! The gym has got a wide range of equipments and other facilities, Provided with neat and hygienic maintenance! Special mention to the female trainer Aruna, who's a well trained sports and fitness expert giving best training to the fellow female clients! The trainers maintain a track for everyone and make sure their clients follow, which actually motivates us to be regular ! Worth the money! Overall , one of the best Fitness centre in Pondy
