Silverlife fitness has fantastic environment, specially the gym machines I didn't find such variety of machines at any nearby gym in this price. Excellent in cleanliness, the trainers and ofcourse time ti time the motivational activities.... Thanks
I have been to many gyms and have received assistance from many trainers, but this gym has good quality of trainers especially SAMEER. He is always on toes to help and guide if something is going wrong or if the posture is incorrect. He is so humble and energetic that if you are lazy he will charge you up and make sure you do what you have came to do in the gym. Sameer also take regular feedbacks and make sure that things are going on the right track so a person should always get motivated to come to gym the other day. I would recommend to visit the gym once and try working out here.
