It offers residential space at the junction of New Delhi Mumbai expressway and Gurgaon- Sohna highway. Some flats have been handed over to customers and 80% are under construction while writing this review. Quality of township is perfect. Superb class of Architecture. It is situated on NH-248A. If you love calm place to live away from hassle of the city then this place is for you. You can enjoy the hill view from your flat as well.
It's dual benefit like Independent floor plus gated society, nicely built by SG, roof rights for top floor and all facilities with swimming pool, Chimney inside flat, surrounding lush green Aravali hills.
If you are looking for property in signature global. Never ever buy any property from their RM vikash and riaz(broker -from tresspect). They just show good behavior till the time you have not bought the property. Once you are under their trap. They will talk like a local Gunda, for any issues. They are not man of his words. I am suffering from this that's why I am suggesting.
Never ever buy any property from them. They are simply fraud. All the good reviews are manipulated. Do not fall in their reviews.

Work in progress and most probably will be timely delivered...sample flat is already ready and within two months it will be done with interior work..
Main point is when they will give possession, Possession date was 31 July 2022 , but still more than 40-50% work is pending. Now they are saying possession will be in June 23. This builder is good for affordable only , failed to give possession in time in his first luxury project. Good in advertising, bad in deliver project.
The builder is good and reputed.
Two major concern I have are, The place is in Sohna, not Gurgaon and there's no developed locality after Sohna, unlike Manesar where there are multiple locality like, Dharuhera, Pataudi, Rewari etc.
And the carpet area is much cramped up compared to any other luxury or low rise projects.
Didn't seem value for money for a middle class people. Floors are premium but carpet area is too low.
And according to sales all the units will get sold in the same day so one need to hurry up and book the flat as quick as possible.
