My recent stay at Sherwa Hotel Gangtok was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff who were attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms at Sherwa Hotel Gangtok are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. I particularly loved the comfortable beds, which provided a great night's sleep. The room service was also excellent, and the housekeeping staff were always available to attend to any requests. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Gangtok, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food with a great variety of options, and the staff are always available to assist with any dietary requirements. Wonderful experience at this hotel at Gangtok. We stayed here for four nights in two room. The main positive point is their service. Always positive attitude whether it's in restaurant area or in the room. The washrooms have facilities of hot water and very hygenic. Overall I'll recommend this hotel for the food and their services. All the food from breakfast to dinner is really very tasty.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and all the staffs were amazing and specially Mr Twiary is very humble...The customer service is excellent, they always go above and beyond to make their customer happy and comfortable to make the stay enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Gangtok Thank you.

Very poor hotel if you're wondering to stay here please don't it will ruin your trip. A jacket was misplaced and they don't even bother to give it back as we were only one who boarded the hotel that time. The jacket was one the lounge but they didn't gave it back when they were asked about the jacket they simply lied to us.

I stayed there with my family for two days . The experience was just amazing. We had been given a super deluxe room with balcony. From the balcony the view of mountains are visible. The quality of room and toilet is excellent. I have to give a 5 star rating for their cleanliness only. There was a decent restaurant there which serves veg and non-vegetarian food. But the taste of the foods were finger licking. There was buffet breakfast also and there was a number of options to choose from.the management team totally changed new manager m.r arnab panja he is so great and helpfull Overall, the experience was very good and I can recommend the hotel to all.

A very third class hotel with third class facilities with poor infrastructure, they will lure you in their deal. The owner doesn't live here and is managed by other people. Only saving grace is service here if you compare it with its overall poor review. The owner will lure you in their deal of North Sikkim trip and will provide you 1 star hotels in name of 3 star and in name of lachung trip will give you lodge. So my suggestion to people travelling with family a big NO to this fraudester as you get trap in their deal and with family have no other option reaching in Sikkim. Best is grp of boys take their trip and exploit them in whole journey as they make the families suffer in their farud. The owner is so sweet spoken that you will get trapped in his deal so beware and take all hotels name prior to deal and better give your option of hotels to him. He will run away with the deal. A BIG NO to this hotel and deal of Sikkim trip provided by this company!!

Pathetic stay at the hotel. There is lady named Preeti, a staff with too much attitude, least bothered of customer service. If you complain, then she will come after you why you complaint? Food is pathetic at the hotel, the rotis that served was just so tough that might break your teeth, hence be careful!!. Water will suddenly stop coming to your room, then you might have to change to a damped room!! So be careful if you wanna stay at this property!!

All the food from aloo parantha to poori sabji to toast omlette, rice, dal and sabji and other main course is really very tasty. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing..nd specially manager Mr. Arnab Panja is very humble nd food is really very good ..the customer service is excellent, they always go above and beyond to make their customer happy and comfortable to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Gangtok. Thank you.

The service at here is amazingly impressive and Excellent. Staffs here are extremely helpful, caring and available on request. Apart, cleanliness, varities on food including its taste and qualities could never be under estimated. Rooms view so amazing. 1 km distance from m. g marg butt cab srvice all time available Furthermore, the environment here suits all age group and for people from any background as the services are tailored to individual needs. Moreover, I would appreciate the managers and the overall management of this hotel
