Improve the quality with experienced and professional maintains and nurses. Price is too high and quality if poor for the emergency patients. Need a common sense that how to treat an emergency patient with an ice or nose tissue or first-aid, that does not need any big institute or big doctors or nurse but just humanity and common sense. Shame of Bengali's.
Very bad experience. At first non-experienced so-called nurse channeled my arm six times to give saline and my hand was swollen. After my delivery The doctor never came to do the round. Their food quality was not good. Many nannies ("Ayamasi") are confusing me about the baby. Their nurses were not well-trained. While returning home all nannies, nurses, liftmen, sweepers all took gratuity. In a nutshell, waste of money. But the only good thing is the hospital is very clean.

You can save here money for getting treatment. Doctors, Nurses are qualified & Good. But, in case of pregnancy (Caesarian Section) Delivery, there are no one well trained "Aayaa/Maasi". They are really very horrible. They have no sense to treat a new born baby.Their mentality is too much poor. Hospital authoritie should not take theme to serve their Hospital.
In a word, Service is not satisfactory.Very bad experience for this type of " Aayaa/Maasi".
I am thankful to Sebabrata for providing Affordplan service, Sangeeta/Jeet/Puja/Munmun is very helpful and provide us good service. Debjit Sir/Santi Sir are very good doctors. I ask every one to come to hospital and take Affordplan service.
