Sea Mist Resort - Resort hotel in Candolim - North Goa, India

We spent three days at The Sea Mist Resort. While the location, within walking distance of the beach, was a highlight, our experience was marred by subpar services. The rooms were passable, but the real issue arose with the restaurant. Unfortunately, we encountered a significant problem there. Both my husband and I fell ill after consuming what appeared to be stale food. Regrettably, our complaints were disregarded by the staff.There was no backup power, and the electricity would frequently go out. The Wi-Fi signal was exceptionally weak and only reliable near the balcony. The swimming pool was not well-maintained and appeared dirty. Numerous insects were present throughout the premises. Considering the limited facilities, the room prices seemed excessively high. Breakfast choices were quite limited. The staff exhibited a mix of rudeness and politeness, so it's advisable to carefully consider before planning a visit.

It was my 4th time visit to Seamist resort during 2023 Dussehra holidays. Prime location is the only major plus, these days rooms are not maintained hygiene, bad smell, AC is not working properly. Earlier small refrigerator, intercom phone included in room, now it's all removed. Very dirty towel as mat at bathroom door, no shampoo, comb, paste, brush and no proper water from shower, tap also, and broken water gun. Manager and staffs are not that friendly. Breakfast is very limited choice, price is not worth and now it's not a right choice. Parking is outside the compound wall, on road footpath, risky for big cars. For the same price we can find still better than Seamist nearby at candolim.

A budget friendly resort, near to beach. Rooms and bathrooms were will maintained. They do have a shared pool for all the people staying in the resort, but need to wear proper swim wear to go in the pool. Had a very lovely stay here. If looking for budget friendly resort nearby beach in the center of candolim, can go here. There are many restaurants on the main road. Overall a very good stay. Breakfast extra charges will be applicable

Good location, Maintenance has to be done because of old property, swimming pool is good purification service of water has to be taken . overall ok.

Worst rooms, bathroom is not at all in good condition ,even dharmshala rooms are better than these rooms. Room service was not up-to the mark. It doesn't have its own parking space, Swimming pool is not suitable for children and even for elders. Only good thing is, it is near the Candolim beach.

Highly recommended. Decent rooms with Low tariff. Amazing Swimming pool. Polite management. Amazing food and service.

V. Good place to stay at. Staff is very helpful, food is good and affordable ( sea food) Property is beautiful and clean. I was staying there and had medicak emergency so need to leave on the same day, my payment was advance, they were so kind to refund the amount. Yes.

The best thing about this place is the location. It says 200m from beach, but it's actually 500m. But totally worth it. The Vaddy is a good place to walk. The rooms are sufficient here, though I feel a few more amenities could really help. Like Glasses and Kettle in every room is a must. Their washrooms could do with an upgrade. Restaurant - 5 stars to the chef. It must take serious effort in cooking great taste in everything he/she makes. The staff is good but a little more warmth could help :) They talk very less especially the manager, but my word they take every request of yours as a gospel. Overall really happy with my stay. Would really recommend and stay again.
