My mother got admitted with some serious aged issues under Dr Sumona Bagchi. She was released after 5 days of treatment with good health condition.I would like to specifically thank those nursing attendant and other staff for taking great care and obviously my gratitude to Dr Sumona Bagchi for the treatment.What I realised at the time of visiting hour is, those who are local habitants or few patients family members with large numbers of visitors wants to see their near and dear ones need extra access overing the rule of the organisation but security personnel as per their rule or guidelines often refuse to listen to such requests. And staff behavioural issues come under the scanner. I would like to thank this organisation on behalf of my mother and our family.

Third class nursing home. Stuff behaviour is very bad. All stuff are illiterate person. They don't know how to talk with patient party. And also they don't know how to treat with patients. If you admit your patients at there they will die at there.

I was admitted here for the surgery for gallstone on the 4th.The service staff is very good, the cleanliness is good. Overall very good experience.

My mother underwent a major surgery under Dr Bagchi . She is doing well now. I thank all the staff and doctors who took great care of my mother.A special note of thanks to the staff at insurance processing cell who were patient enough with all the complexities and initial rejections; the claim was successfully processed in the end.

Good Nursing Home near santragachi area. Dr. Prasenjit Sina Roy is very Good Doctor. Nurse & attendant are also good. Staff Behaviour are Good But required lots of modern & precised OT facility & also overall medical infrastructure. You can treatment normal to mild problem patient, not very serious or emergency patients. Financialy OK for middle class family.

They are just a big worst,, worst doctor, worst service, worst staff behavior.. They all need is money, only money. They like pisach, They don't care about patients, although they want just money. If you admitted for 1day for common stomach pain, they charges for minimum 6000 rupees.

A local nursing home with a pathological laboratory and doctors' clinic with just basic infrastructure. Not recommended for serious illness or major surgery. Most of the staff are well mannered, but some of them don't know how to behave with a patient or their family members. You can get only the basic service from here but most of the time billing is like a corporate hospital. We, the local people come here for location, time-saving, and distance. But if there is a difficult situation for the patient then you have to choose others where patients can get up-to-date infrastructure and emergency services.
