Went there for a haircut yesterday. They were totally packed with customers who were up for keratin treatment, straightening etc. I actually did ask them the amount of time I need to spend waiting for the other customers to finish up. They asked me to wait for half an hour. Waited for over an hour and still lacked any kind of response from their side. Finally I gave up and left. They did maintain their top class customer service and didn't even hesitate to let the customers go as the amount they would receive for a haircut was negotiable to the one's who turned up for a high amount of service. Would never recommend such a place with this kind of cheap behavior. Definitely would give negative stars if it was an option.
