This is an ideal place for anyone who wants to stay fit and healthy. The gymnasium opens at the early morning hours, and stays open till 10:30 P. M., so you can be choosy about your timings. Trainers are highly skilled and knowledgeable,and are available with no extra charges incurred. You can always call the dietician for your diet tips and the diet chart, again to my surprise, free of cost.

I am a regular member of the Captain's Gym and I am quite satisfied with the overall service they offer. The trainer provides personal attention to each and every member. For me it's the best gymnasium in the town.

Fully packed up GYM with all equipments, and the owner & trainers are very frankly. If you in Chinsurah,Hooghly then you should join this gym, you'll get the difference by own within 2 months .
