Have just spent a week at this resort. It was our first time in Goa and the staff at this resort made life so much easier by being friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained as is the whole site. Ajay at the poolside bar (and the poolside team) deserve a special mention for being amazing everyday of our stay. Would recommend and already planning our return.
Amazing resort. Very spacious with lot of greenery around. Well maintained. Polite staff. Regular room maintatnace. We got rooms near pool and it was so easy for us. Bar by the pool is cool with nice music. Breakfast is amazing with wide variety of choices. Staff is helpful in getting cabs and attractions details. Walkable to beach... beach is less crowded as it's not accessible to general public. Overall it's awesome stay....

1. Location is superb, pool staff and housekeeping is superb. Rooms are nice and big. 10/10
2. Restaurant 0/10. Even i want to give negative. If you want to book , book without food, restaurant staff are goons esp guy named Rohit. He abuses foreigners in hindi and giggles along with his friends as he thinks no one is watching. He got no manners how to behave.
They even won't take care of your kids milk etc so go there at your own risk if you are with your kids.At night time we went to some nearby restaurant to arrange the milk but they had no manners on how to treat their staff! Restaurant experience was worst in my whole lifetime experience. Even 1 star hotels have better restaurant staff.
If owner is reading this then they must pay heed and instantly remove some of their restaurants staff as most are coming from Bihar etc and have no manners.
Recently stayed at the resort and had a lovely experience. The rooms were good, spacious and airy with abundant sunlight. We also noticed that the rooms are very cool even during daytimes and AC was not required much. The location is right on the Candolim beach. There was not much of crowd at this time. We missed experiencing their Shack named Calamari as it was in process of being opened. The larger swimming pool was good with a bar facing seating arrangement making it even better.
Just one suggestion - the food prices are high and we feel that the same has a scope for reduction.
We would definitely like to visit again whenever we go to Goa.

We as a family have been staying at Santana , every year for almost 8 years now , and it feels like our second home ! We highly recommend this place to all , and special mention to Mr Nilesh , Mr Alyster and all staff members for their warm hospitality !
The property is very nice, full of greenery. Connected from main road market from front and back side to beach. From inside only you can walk till beach. Food is good, open restaurant is really cool.

I am giving 4 star, only because of bad experience at gate after checkout.
I booked airport cab with gomiles app, as we sat in cab and about to start, there were few other taxi guys came and stared fighting with driver. They forced us to use their cab. Actually there is a taxi stand on the back side, which I came to know later. Some how I was able to manage, but it was really troubling and time wastage for tourists. And I don't get any help from hotel staff for this, may be they have some tie up.
I will advise to walk till main road, if you are booking any app taxi, else book at that taxi stand only.
