For People of Howrah side this banquet is best. Location is good and can accommodate 200-250ppl easily. Their food quality and rooms are good as well.

Things were good. Last day while check-out, no drinking water was available in the hotel No disturbance from any staff. you can stay peacefully without any problem.

Actually I got a room in guest house. But had a bad experience from the beginning. I made the payment via Google pay shared the screen shot of transaction. But the person sitting in reception don't have much idea on UPI payment and he was calling some other person and checking the status. He was so restless and asking me to pay the amount via cash and he didn't even allow me to check in the room. I had a small argument and but he kept on saying the amount is not credited finally I shared my bank statement. But the person in reception not convinced but some other person agreed on that and allow me to check in. When I enter into room there was no water in bathroom. No gas is AC it was very hot in room after switch on AC . Water came after complaining but no improvement on AC. Room and bathroom is Okay- neat and clean. In my overall experience I suggest to stay away from these unprofessional teams.

Reception facilities need to be improved. Rooms & facilities are ok. We were not told about any restaurant facility during introduction but you can freely order food from Swiggy / Zomato. From my point of view no one will prefer to go there with out any urgency or emergency.

Pathetic banquet hall.. I had my brother's reception there in November 2021 and looking at the decor.. it was so shameful.. The owner had promised to play music in background which they didn't get because they didn't even care.. I had to play it using my phone which I left behind the speakers as it was connected via bluetooth and had to check on it every once in a while.. although they literally argued and charged for it.. even though the owner was an acquaintance of mine.. Coming to the decor.. there was no decor at all.. the stage carpets were coming off and one of our guests tripped.. that's when we called someone and got the carpet taped using brown tape infront of the guests like a circus.. because the owner and management didn't bother to get it done properly.. The main door was also not decorated but charged for.. looked like someone just started a business without any knowledge of weddings and people's hopes of their big days.. and was adamant on earning money rather than giving service The food was fine.. All in all.. it was a complete waste of money.. I strongly suggest to not go for them if you have high hopes for your big day and you don't want to argue with people every now and then for proper service and it's charges

Nice, clean and stylish place for party, wedding, any events. Fully AC all over the building area.
