It's beautiful and amazing!! Clean room and washroom. Provided with wifi, television and good Air conditioner!! You also get basic kitchen amenities just outside your room looking like mini kitchen!!! And Nitin the host always ready to help and ensure that you enjoy your stay!! He helps me alot during my stay!!! Thanks Nitin onnce again!!!

Nitin's place is very conveniently located close to the airport and has lots of restaurants at a walkable distance. The rooms offered good value for money for a family staying near port Blair as they were spacious and had all the basic amenities including a refrigerator, well stocked kitchen. The host was very helpful in suggesting local recommendations as well as travel planning even before my arrival at his place. Hope to see to you soon!

We had a great time staying here. It was budget friendly and located near the airport. Host was super friendly and helpful. The room and kitchen were clean and equipped with all basic appliances. I will surely recommend it to my friends and family.

We stayed for 3 days in Portblair in Mar 23. This was one of the best home stays I've stayed in. Nitin as a host, is not just approachable but helps in lot of things in planning the Andaman itinerary in a better way. The rooms are clean, it's a 2bhk flat turned into individual rooms. The location and rooms have a homely touch. I stayed with my family and we all loved the place, the location and everything. It's located 3km from airport and 5-6 km from the city centre. I would highly recommend this homestay over any resorts or homestay in Portblair. Would definitely want to visit Nitin's place in case of Another Andaman trip.

Great place with a super host. The place is quite close to the Airport hence it's quick and easy to reach. Has all amenities, that you will need during vacation - small grocery shops, restaurants, cab/2-wheeler rentals located nearby. The best part - the host is a super guy. Quite helpful, and accommodates most of the guest's requests. He will also guide to the best areas to visit - prioritizing them as per your schedule.

Located very close to the airport and a lot of nearby options to eat, a very clean, comfy, budget friendly place to stay for a night or two!! Nitin, the super host is down to earth and have abundant ideas and knowledge about Port Blair. Can suggest a lot of things so that we can plan our vacation better.

It was a cozy stay. It is a 2 bhk flat with 1 bedroom and attached bath and the other bedroom is a quite small and a common bathroom which is outside the room, a big hall though it did not have any sofa, a dining cum kitchen with a plastic dining table and chairs and few necessary kitchen utilities such as plates, spoons, electric kettle, etc. It has a balcony to dry wet clothes and slippers. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and only 20 minutes from the airport by cab. Desi lounge restaurant is really good for lunch and dinner. For breakfast, there is a small South Indian shop that serves awesome tea and idly. It cost us 300rs to travel from the hotel to the airport and 350rs to travel to the Haddo Jetty from where all the cruises leave.The owner is really nice and helped us with almost everything. He got us umbrellas as it was raining when we were there, arranged cabs for us, checked with us twice a day through text to make sure we are doing well as there was a cyclone. There is also a rented scooter shop right in the next lane. All together, it was comfortable stay and I am really happy.
