Wonderful experience with MR.RAKESH he is a professional trainer of our Island and he has spend 13years in this field and has a good knowledge of gym workout , training and diet plan. He had gud knowledge of weight loss n weight gain workout n has much variety of supplements. He has calm attitude towards the trainee n respect each n every person in the gym n his gym has a proper discipline n regulations.
