Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace - Featured Reviews (26522)
Best time to visit this place would be monsoon season. I went in Diwali Nov 2023. Weather was good but there was no such view more than udaipur town and hills. In palace there is nothing to do and see. Ticket cost Rs. 155 per person. Travel fare Rs.106 per person & R.59 per child from main gate (both side)
Such a beautiful Palace to visit in monsoon!!! Views are next to the feeling of heaven
There at the top you genuinely feel like you are in clouds!!
The way to sajjangarh is pretty more adventurous and beautiful
The entry fees per head is 155/- + the vehicle charge !
And also only 2 persons are allowed on two wheeler
This palace is highly commended if you haven't been there at least once. Go for enjoying sunset vibes at evening time. Reach there before 5 and or I could say 4.45. After that they stop giving entry tickets. We enjoyed a puppet show here. After that we played Garba here. Overall sunset scenes are really awesome. Don't miss this palace.
Loved the place..it provides a spectacular view of the city of lakes and the vegetation surrounding the palace. The way to reach the palace is also good. You could spend 45 minutes to 1 hour here.
It would be good if you come during morning or sunset time and spend time enjoying the view .
This palace is on a beautiful location at a hilltop. Visitor will enjoy most in the monsoon season as the name goes the Monsoon Palace. As the palace is incomplete in terms of interior . It is not similar to the luxurious city palace. But you will get to see a beautiful sunset from here.
This is a must visit place. You can take any two wheeler like Scooty till the Fort and easily walk to the fort. Entry charges is Rs 155 and parking 60rs.
Ultimate view of the city. You can sit and look at the mesmerizing view that the Palace offers. There is a small cafe also for snacks etc.The ride from entry to fort is also enjoyable, as it offers views from different angle. Morning, Evening and rains may offer better views.
Good view of Udaipur from the palace and one of the major tourist attractions. Travelling up the fort you can take your vehicle or a local taxi which has a fixed price. Slopes are quite steep and narrow with multiple hair pin bends and could be a bit difficult, you need to be on smaller gears to drive up the hill. 35-40 mins is sufficient to visit the palace, take pictures before you can head back
aa beautiful place and must visit location at Udaipur. It's quite far from city center but worth visiting it. Advisable to reach before 6:00 PM in summer to view sunset from the top of it. One can visit by own car or by cab. If you self drive it's nice experience to drive on curvy road with many hair pin curves. One has to be good driver to drive on this road. But driving itself will be an amazing experience. There is a very small museum and vast terrace to view surroundings and get a feeling of top of the world.
