I had an exceptional experience at Sai Cafe! The customer service was top-notch [Rohan] while taking my order, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and each dish was prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for a better meal. I highly recommend Sai Cafe to anyone seeking great food and outstanding customer service. Five stars all the way!
The interior decoration is pretty neat and colorful. It has bright lights, photogenic paintings, and clean hygienic washrooms. The service was prompt and responsive. There's a pretty big parking space in front of the restaurant. The food was moderately priced. The four stars are for these facilities.
However, the food itself was not that great. We had only snacks (chicken pokora, crispy baby corn, paneer pokora, and chicken lollypop) and fresh lemon soda. The snacks were pretty average. Chicken pokora had small chunk of chicken with large proportion of besan. And the fresh lemon soda was pretty disappointing (Less lemon and more soda).
Great place in Domjur area. Good place good vibe. Dishes are mouth watering.
Must try Coffee.. , Manchow Soup and chili Baby corn and more delicious option here with reasonable price
Honestly the food was burnt, there was even a fly in the food. Had one of my worst experience. I wont recommend it for a place to have lunch.

A very elegant restaurant located in domjur where the staff is always looking forward to helping you with your requirements. Must visit if you are searching for a nice place for dinner with family and kids or dinner date with your loved one. Your movey will be invested in a quality time and a great quality of food .
We ordered chicken cheese kabab (which was good in taste), chicken 65(the coating layer of chicken was so salty and the gravy too),egg chicken fried rice (tasteless) and chicken Manchurian (again the coating layer of chicken was salty,and gravy was tasteless)..
Food quality and taste is worst.
They even billed us handi paneer (price-220) in exchange of chicken 65(price-170).This kind of behaviour is so unprofessional. Lastly, they correct the bill amount.
Overall Not recommended.

It's a road side typical Bengali snacks shop fair enough to describe as a gumti. One can taste lovely Aloo Chop, Singara, Jilipi, Beguni, Capsicum Chop, Fulkopi Chop (during Winter) here.
This place is amazing For kebabs lovers and their Al yamin thali is extraordinary, They have variety of options in tandoor , Indian & Chinese Items and also they have a roll counter which is really delicious , A real foodie cant miss this place
If U r looking for vegetarian dishes then this restaurant is heaven for u all of their items are super and u should must try their chola batura. It's definitely a worthy to visit this place.
