I was admitted in Sagar hospital Jayanagar on November 3rd to 5th due to fever and headache and the doctor gave some medicine and trips after two days they discharged me. I paid rs 35,000 hospital bill. Next day I got fever and headache again and this time I got admitted in another Krishna seva hospital who diagnosed it is dengue positive. I got discharged after 3 days. I want To tell somany doctors attended but nobody diagnosed it properly and it was total waste of money. Big hospital should not do like this no proper treatment given. Total waste of money.

Day by day this sagar hospital is getting worst to epitome of worst. I am highlighting few of many of the faults they have. 1. Super expensive in everything starting from consulting fee to treatment charges 2. Will force to do all the test which is just unnecessary just to make your bill bigger 3. After looting the patient, they will further loot you in basic things like they will ask you to get xerox from ground floor by paying. Which all the hospital does it for free. 4. If you have old parents be careful when you send them for test like ECG, echo etc. The nurse are so rude and filled with ego that they will tell the old patient to clean the gel themselves or to get up from the bed without helping. Really disappointed by the rudeness of that lady towards patients. 5. Exorbitantly high parking charges. Will never again visit that hospital again .

This is literally one of the worst hospitals of Bangalore. Below are the few of the many issues this hospital has: 1. The staff of the hospital is extremely rude and unprofessional. They seem extremely untrained and do not resolve any problems. We had an appointment with Dr. Poornachandra at 9:30pm. While paying the consultation fee, the staff assured that the doctor will get free within 15-20 mins. Once the Fee was paid, we had to wait for 1.5 hours 2. Once we consulted the doctor, we were asked to get Ultrasound done. Once the ultrasound was done, the doctor just suggested few more tests to make their bill bigger without coming to any conclusion. Just to add, we went to another reputed hospital where the problem was resolved by the doctor easily without asking for unnecessary tests. We are not against any tests however this time the intention of the doctor was clear that he just wanted to increase the bill. 3. The facilities of the hospitals are worse than govt hospital. We needed to use the washroom and were shocked to see the state of a washroom at such big private hospital. If you charge like any other big private hospital, you are expected to provide the basic facilities like clean washrooms. I suggest everyone to not visit this hospital and visit another hospital like Apollo, Manipal as Sagar Hospital charges like these big names but provides services worst than a govt. hospital.

Thoroughly unprofessional and rude staff. I was directed to undergo a couple of lab tests and was informed that the results would be mailed to me within two hours. When I called the hospital after three hours, the receptionist assured me that the results would be mailed immediately. After 15 minutes, I called again, only to be told that the results were not ready. The woman's tone was incredibly rude when I called them out for misleading me about the expected time frame. To make matters worse, when I called yet again to inquire about the delay, a different staff member coldly stated that it wasn't his responsibility since he didn't promise a two-hour delivery. Well, no one expects you personally to be responsible, but as representatives of the hospital, you should take accountability for the organization's actions. This is not the way to treat a patient who relies on these results for proper diagnosis and treatment. Finally, when I reported the missing CBC (for which I was charged), the hospital staff seemed indifferent. It was as if they couldn't care less about the incomplete report they provided. The unprofessionalism and lack of communication at this hospital are deeply concerning. As a patient, I expected better treatment and timely service.

This is the worst hospital that I have ever visited in my life. I was just having throat pain and Lil cough So the doctor told us to get blood tests done and based on that, he will give medications because he wanted to make sure it's viral or bacterial. This is the only hospital where they ask us to get blood tests done when you have a cold!!! Upon that, they charge a huge consultation fee. Visit this hospital only if you want to spend your money limitlessly because they will ask you to get all types of tests done.

An appointment should be honoured. Agree the doctors may get caught up with other inpatients or emergencies etc. But if this is a daily thing, then they have to do something about it. A 4 PM appointment was not even attended till 530. That too, the seating area near the Dr.s office is very limited and then whoever is physically fit, just gets in. No s nse of appointments, queues etc. The attending reception agents, first collect the money and then tell us we are 2nd or 3rs in the queue and the appointment does not work. It is first come first served basis. But that also does not work here. Pathetic administration

I was suffering from gallbladder stone and abdomen pain often. Went and consulted Dr.Ravi Shankar he explained me about the issue which causing pain and leading me to uneasy life and he advise me to go for the surgery after the ultrasonic scan and I'm feeling good and fit after the surgery.
