I had made arrangements for a courier to deliver a product, but it turned out to be a nightmarish experience. The product reached its final delivery destination three days ago, yet it remains undelivered. In my attempts to get answers from their customer support, I've been met with empty promises of delivery "today," which has been going on for the past three days. The frustration of this never-ending ordeal is beyond words.

Never ever trust these fellows. One of the worst logistics people. Your product will never reach you on time. When you call them their number will always be busy. Their website is the most complicated and full of bugs, don't get caught with it. Their tracking is so complicated if you happen to visit then you get to know somebody else is tracking you. My experience with the was the worst all 3 times.

They are the worst of all logistic services I believe. They will charge double the frieght than normal courier service and make n no of excuses for not delivering the goods... Never use this services .0 stars....

I have approached Safexpress for the first time and I have been disappointed thrice. I tried to reach the pick-up person but they refused to either pick up or delay it or not answer my call. Just because I wanted a pick-up on Sunday I was refused numerous times and I even tried to contact so many people from Safexpress but no one helped. So how do I even feel secure with my stuff to be picked up and delivered to the destination? I wrote two-three emails also but no one responded! It's not acceptable. Even after they apologised. When I again accepted it and put a pickup request, yet again no one contacted or confirmed my pickup request. They gave reasons like your location is a bit on the outskirts of the city and so there are not many people who go there or pickup..! Such ill-mannered responses from your side and improve them at the earliest before taking pick-up orders as such unprofessional operations are never welcomed.

Safe express is very safe because of they didn't believe anyone

Their management cannot get any worse. The delivery is 10 days late and still there is absolutely no urgent response. Customer care is irresponsible and lazy. I am finally getting my order collected from the office myself. It had been there for over a week now. Will suggest never to use their service

Safe express should be called snail express. Very bad experience. Customer care is non responsive. Even if you get through that they wil not provide you any contact details only verbal assurance will be their.
