Worst experience.!!!! I brought 3 jackets and during my purchase I mentioned that I might be exchanging one if the jacket doesn't fiT , as it's a gift. I was told that there will be no problem exchanging. Next week when i came for the exchange, there was another guy on cash counter, again I purchased two new item and exhanged the other one. I was told since i purchase the product in offer, I cannot exchange the product. I told the person that I was not infomred this earlier and if they cannot exchange, then I want my money. The guys was toooo rude. I paid rs18k in around 1 week and this was the treatment which we got. The guy name is Narayan. Please train your staff to behave properly. There is a way to speak to someone. I wanted to do a police complaint because of his behaviour, but I calmed myself. NEVER GOING TO VISIT THE SHOP AGAIN. NARAYAN IS ONE OF THE WEIRD AND UNTRAINED SALES PERSON I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE

I often visit here and they have quality clothes and there shoes are everlasting.

Best place for buying premium leather goods, have bought many things and quality is the toughest. Staff is cooperative.
