One good gym with all required amenities. The equipments are good. The environment is better for workout.
The specialties lies with the trainers. Special thanks to Mr. Abhishek Goswami who is a trainer there. His knowledge, techniques and professionalism is not comparable. My personal physical development was much more in three months than any other gym where I worked out for 8 months continuously.

This is my story. After my leg injury i wasn't able to jog or run and my fitness declined. Due to that the cholesterol and weight went high. Then i came to know about RK Fitness club and discussed my fitness problems with Mr. Rohit kumar .He suggested to join the personal training for 3 months nd i started my training.
Now after 3 months i lost 14kg.
Weight: before 94kg ,after 80kg.
I wasn't able to work and concentrate because of my obesity..but now i really feel active and dont get tired easily.
All thanks to Rk fitness club and my personal trainer Mr. Rohit kumar .His efforts for making me fit is awesome. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health.
Come and join the RK Fitness club, a gym with best trainers as Abhishek and Rohit of jamshedpur. It's been a month and I can see transformation in myself. The gym provides best environment to get trained with proper guidance that will help you to build strength and get into shape. It opens from 6 am and one can workout with no time constraints. Since I was member of other gyms too available in sonari I can recommend that this is one of the best amongst them.
